Our workshops are intentionally designed, hosted experiences that invite you to step out of routine and into a beautifully paced moment of connection, presence, and care.

Each gathering is thoughtfully curated and unique in its structure. Workshops may include gentle movement or yoga, grounding or meditative practices, sound baths, reflective elements such as tarot or intention-setting, and creative or interactive components. While the format evolves from event to event, every experience is guided with clarity, ease, and attention to detail.

Ceremonial-grade matcha and thoughtfully prepared, nourishing treats are seamlessly woven into each workshop—served as part of the experience to encourage slowing down, connection, and enjoyment.

These are not drop-in classes or rushed events. They are fully hosted gatherings, designed to feel calm, elevated, and welcoming from start to finish.

No prior experience is required. All workshops are guided, accessible, and inclusive, with materials provided when applicable. Guests are invited to arrive as they are and enjoy the experience without pressure or expectation.

Valentine’s Couples Ritual at Eau Collective

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a rare, intimate couples experience designed to feel calm, intentional, and deeply personal.

Hosted at Eau Collective, this three-couple-only evening is thoughtfully curated to preserve privacy and attentive care. The experience begins with a candlelit hot yoga flow, gently heated using infrared technology to support relaxation and deep release. Movement is accessible and grounding, allowing couples to unwind together.

Following the flow, guests are guided into a restorative sound bath and guided meditation, creating space for stillness and shared calm. The evening continues with a ceremonial matcha ritual, customized lattes prepared and served with intention.

Throughout the experience, hand or foot massages are offered one couple at a time in a private room, ensuring focused, unrushed attention. Guests will also enjoy curated treats from The Twisted Indian, including samosas and mango ice cream.

This is not a standard class or large group event. With only three couples in attendance, the evening allows for a layered, thoughtfully paced experience combining movement, heat, sound, touch, ritual, and food.
